I always have jetpack ON, on a few maps to make the balance more equal.

On zm_cratesfinal for instance i have the timer on 2

Well I think the rcon vote is a very sweet option for ZombieMod, you don't need to turn the jetpack always on but still people can play with it if they like.
For several maps it's very sweet zm_cratesfinal for example

on maps like this one, i have jetpack on by default
