ok i got it done with help of Glitched, but now it says No File... lol

yeah my server runs but crashes after 15 minutes

ok i finally got it up and running fully.
Problem: MetaMod wasn't up to date, make sure its not 1.2.3 and its 1.3.0.0.
PS: To update it you HAVE to delete the metamod/ BIN folder and then make a new folder and put the NEW server.dll in it. You can't just overwrite it because it won't work then.
