Steamid Wep Restriction Bypass

I'd love to see the ability for selected steamids to bypass the weapon restrictions in zombie mod. That way people who donate to the server could run around with m4a1s and such.

I charge for admin and would Like my paying admins to have even more features/advantages. Please add this.
