ZombieMod 4.0

i put everything all the filed metamod every single thing and when i type zombies in rcon it dont start when i do the meta mod commands it dont work at all either

can i have help

This happened to me, download the gameinfo.txt from your cstrike directory.

Right click -> Properties.

Make sure Read Only is un-checked. If it is checked, it probably got replaced - thus the metamod line was no longer added.

Also, if that fails, just go through the installation again, it's possible you missed something - (at least I have in the past)

Ok so i got the meta exe automatic installer it sais it instaled it but i dont see the folder anywhere i can find any of the files for it.

Ok, first off - I didn't use the automatic installer exe, so I can't help ya there, but if you download the zip itself with the folders and files inside, simply extract it to your desktop.

Then go over the installation document on the SourceMM website, it will tell you what directories the MetaMod files go in in your Server FTP.

Once you have done that, changed gameinfo.txt - etc, see if it works. If not - reply with your process of installation and what the problem is, IE: 'I type rcon meta and it doesn't list anything, etc.'

Ok in the actual zombie install on the server istself its says

Once everything is uploaded, open ‘addons/cfg/metamod/metaplugins.ini‘ with your favourite text editor.
Add the following line.

addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm

But The Mta mod says you install it to hPut Metamod folder into

cstrike/addons/

not cfg can someone clear this up for me

Yes, I too have no cfg folder.

My metamod folder is located in cstrike/addons/

In other words, cstrike/addons/metamod/.. etc.
