Example the map zm_holdout has a few weapons in the map, but with the restriction we can't pick it up.

so cold can u make a cvar that enable's players to pickup weapons and use them that are in the map but they shouldn't be able to buy them.Also with that cvar admins should be able to give players weapons that are restricted.

If you use mani to restrict the weapons, then u can pick weapons that are restricted up, but not buying them

For cheating admins:
You can use admin to give yourself restricted weapons.

If your using zombie_restrict, and you give yourself a weapon you cant use it =P

lol, may be you should change it to something similar to mani, so admins can cheat

I can get admins guns on my server and keep them restricted, it's very easy.

Well i don't want it for myself or any of my admins.
