Sounds to me ZombieMod just ain't loading on your server ;)
Be sure you installed everything correctly !

How to install SourceMM here:
http://wiki.tcwonline.org/index.php/Installing_SourceMM

How to install ZombieMod here:
http://www.zombiemod.com/index.php?inc=Instal

How to configure zombiemod.cfg here:
http://www.zombiemod.com/index.php?inc=Config

Just try to install it all again, but do it step by step !
Install MetaMod and then go in-game, go to ur console and type "meta", if that works start with installing ZombieMod.
Check everything twice and see if you installed everything correctly...

Hope this helps a bit

If you download the .zip file of Zombiemod and you extract it to your desktop they should get extracted into different folders, no ? You should have the same folders in your FTP as those you get when extracting them to your desktop (addons, cfg, materials, models and sound if I ain't wrong). Just copy the files you get from the extracted folders into their right folders in the FTP ;) and make sure you installed everything right.
It's really not that hard, copy paste in the folders they belong to, that's it and configure it right :) everything is in the FAQ and on the Zombiemod.com site.
I wish you good luck !

LOL nice idea 8)
Okay so Subgraf,
First we gonna make sure you have MetaMod installed.

Go to www.sourcemm.net and download MetaMod for your server (Windows or Linux, depends on what kind your server is)
Check here how to install that: http://wiki.tcwonline.org/index.php/Installing_SourceMM

Download the zombiemod_v1.1.5.zip and extract the files to your desktop.

You'll get 5 folders: addons, cfg, materials, models and sound.

1. Open the "addons" folder on your desktop, you'll see the folder "zombiemod" in it, copy and paste that folder into the "addons" folder in your FTP.

2. Open the "cfg" folder on your desktop, when you open this one you'll see a "zombiemod" folder, copy and paste that folder into the "cfg" folder in your FTP.

3. Open the "materials" folder on your desktop, you'll see 2 folders in that folder: "models" and "skybox", open the "models" folder, you will see a "player" folder... open it. In the "player" folder you will see the folder "zh", copy and paste the "zh" folder into the materials/models/player folder in your FTP.

4. Go back till you see the "skybox" folder again and open it. You will see 6 files in that folder, copy them all and paste them into the materials/skybox folder in your FTP.

5. Open the "models" folder on your desktop. You will see a "player" folder in that folder.
Open it and you will see a folder named "zh" with 36 files in it.
Copy and paste the "zh" folder into ur materials/player folder in your FTP.

6. Now open the last folder on your desktop named "sound", when you open it you'll see a folder named "ambient", open the "ambient" folder.
In that folder you'll see a "zombiemod" folder, copy and paste that folder into the sound/ambient folder in your FTP.

The last thing you gotta do is open the addons/cfg/metamod/metaplugins.ini in your FTP and add the following line in it:
addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm

Have Fun & Good Luck
