Zombie Mod - Windows - No Work...

Hi guys my zombie mod for windows isn't working... i have no restrictions so stop asking that
.
I updated it to 1.2.3 or w-e cold had in announcements, still no work... Anyone found out how to fix it?
Console: "meta" - works
Console: "meta list" - doesn't show zombiemod
HELP I WANNA HAVE THIS UP AND RUNNING!

my zm isnt responding anymore we cant get it to work
tried all this stuff ugh anyone give link to a full verison download of metamod please?

uh dur i already did that... everyone with windows is having this problem.. only linux hosting servers or linux dedicated servers has this mod working... I hate the new CS:S Patch ;(.
EDIT: I tried to even code it into gameinfo.txt...

since it works for u, can u send me ur files... cuz i have meta mod working just when i do 'meta list' it doesn't have zombie mod...

run me through it.. i have that line and the zombie_mm.dll file... it just wont work
....

1.) Install Metamod
2.) Install ZM - addons/zombiemod
3.) Add this to the meta plugins.ini ( Addons/metamod/) "addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm"
Without quotes
4.) Restart server

Do what Glitched says and it will work. He taught me how to put ZM in.

Ok for some reason the metaplugins.ini was saved as a text document so i got that fixed.. but now it says this...

EDIT AGAIN:
I looked in installation for this on main page, and it says that the line is incorrect if it says No File or your binaries are in wrong place... I checked both and they are correct and in right place....
Line: addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm
But wat concerns me is that it says to add that line in, addons/CFG/metamod/metaplugins.ini and you told me to add it into, addons/METAMOD/metaplugins.ini - so i did both...

The "metamod.ini" should only be located in
cstrike/addons/metamod/
