where is the mani banlist?

i can' t find the banlist who are stored banned players by mani
can someone tell me please?

cfg/mani_admin_plugin/
or banlist.txt in the /cfg/ folder

i have an banned_user.cfg in /cfg folder ...
is it that?

Yeah they should be in banned_user.cfg, but the easiest thing to use is HLSW ofcourse
