Need help with CS:S

My game will randomely exit and sometime it will give me an error message about some memory at "0x00000000" and "0x000000000" not being able to be "read".
I have tried setting my vid options at the lowest and I have also reinstalled. It still does it.
Any ideas?

CSS brokes it self from time to time ^^
delete and reinstall ...

actually, they are. I found the reason was my vid card drivers were out of date.
