SHOULD WE MAKE A NEW RULE T & CT BUYZONES SHOULD HAVE BO

HI
As i still play and run servers i still hear i cant buy. and yes i run respawn
So should we make it a new rule that at each spawn zone has a T and CT buy zone ?
i have redone a few maps and made it so there were both and they loved it but theres alot of maps out there to remake it so they do and some are locked so you cant do it so what do you all think.
