NIGHT VISION PROBLEM HELP!!!

Hi, i am having a big problem wiht night vison..it cant be turned off and it is uber bright..also non of my commands work..like when i try to put in nm_unlimited_ammo it doesnt work...i dont know hwo to put it in...please help am some what noob..somewhat not...how do i make it work properly!! everyone is hating the nightvision so i need support for the ASAP. thanks
