need help on jumping the big orange box in zm_lila_panic

there is a big orange box and a samll grey little box together outside on zm_lila_panic and i want to jump up to the big orange big box therefore i have to use the grey box ,but i can;t jump it up and i see other people can jump it can someone teach me how to jump please!~

well if u start crouched then jump and crouch again u should be able to u get up

although this seems somewhat off topic, how you do it is this:
first, you have to run towards the box, crouch THEN jump. once you are on the box, the orange thing slopes downwards to the right, so back up a bit, run crouch then jump towards the right a little.
