This was suggested by "Games" in the ZombieMod Promo thread started by SauceHelmet in the General Forum. I've used this map now for a week and it's one of the player's favorite map in the mapcycle. It has a sound cache that's creepy and you wouldn't think, but the ZombieMod "Un-Dead" sound cache actually blends well...but it's your preference to enable or disable ZombieMod "Un-Dead" sound.
It's a sweet map and surprisingly, it has excellent fps. I have found using a de_kneedeep_ztg.cfg with the following settings to work well:
Code: Select all
zombie_health 1650
zombie_knockback 5
zombie_speed 320
zombie_welcome_text "YOU ARE NOW KNEE-DEEP IN HELL!"
I also use ulimited ammo.

You are probably aluding to the fact it's close quarters right? Yea, they aren't the best, but if you put knock-back higher than normal and slow the zombies down some it's okay.

Your server setup is wrong, the map works fine.

If you dont use fast download, you cannot download huge maps from the server. I remember that theres a setting for that, but I forgot.

You need a program to compress the .bsp file to .bz2 format.
I use the program
7-Zip it's very easy to use.
If you have compressed a map to .bz2 format u can upload it to your redirect space ( sv_downloadurl ), but remember the .bz2 format is only meant to be put on a redirect space
NOT on your cs:source server.
If you need any help let me know.
