Ok so I finally finished this city block map, I hope somebody can play test it on their server, just please let me know when you do, so I could join. Enjoy my map !

Anyways features in this map are:
- moving semi truck
- 4 minishops to barricade
- roof accessible
- and screenshots below :D

which one is the latest? zm_ATIX_day or zm_ATIX_CITY_BLOCK_day?

:( Its finished but I did my best to optimized so I'm still not sure what to do

running 1024 x 768 on high on a 6800 GT 256 from the Low 30's FPS to the normal 60's FPS

yup this map has func_detail and occluders its just my compile freezes when I add hints to it so I'm fuxed

u cant test it with 20 bots, its laggy with bots...

Yup bots suck for testing... map looks good btw, gonna put it on my zombieserver when I have my own pc :D

haha dude the vavle update has been out for a week now with the linux fix


Source SDK Update Released

Updates to the Source SDK have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Source SDK

* Fixed compilation issues for Linux dedicated server in SDK
* Removed 3D Lighting Preview menu choice from Hammer
* Fixed SDK Launcher bugs when performing outdated MOD check
* SDK Wizard now creates 'maps' directory underneath the new mod directory. This prevents a map compilation error
* The 'cs_milita.vmf' distributed with was loading in a bad state if the grid is set to be displayed at startup. New version has grid off


as for this finished night version i wish I could get sombody to test it on a big server without making it public so I can try and improve the lag :P

They did not fix the linux issue.
